Kenneth Franklin Waters, age 86 of Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away Saturday, September 29, 2018.  He was born February 1, 1932 in Maud, Texas to parents Morris Waters and Clarice Clay who preceded him in death along with his sisters, Parnelle Braley and Marcelle Kirby.  

Survivors include his wife, Oma Jean Waters; daughter, Kendra Brawner and husband Jim; son, Kenneth Waters and wife Debra; sister, Mona Traughber; grandchildren, John Brawner, Ross Brawner and Timothy Brawner; great-grandchild, Nora Brawner; numerous other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 10:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m., Thursday, October 4, 2018 at First Baptist Church, Splendora, Texas.  Services will follow starting at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, October 4, 2018 at First Baptist Church, Splendora, Texas officiated by Dr. Bob Grayson. Interment will follow at Splendora City Cemetery.
