Ricky Dean Owen, age 60 of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Saturday, April 7, 2018.  He was born April 5, 1958 in Council Grove, Kansas to parents Kenneth Owen and Dorothy Moege. He is preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Owen; and grandparents, Verla and Dillis Shearer.

Survivors include his wife of 23 years, Romona Owen; mother, Dorothy Moege; stepfather, Dan Moege; daughters, Stephanie Rogers and husband David, Lisa Dodson and husband Aaron, Samantha Clark and husband Shawn; son, Dwayne Trahan, Jr. and wife Lisa; brothers, Kevin Wilson, Darrin Moege and wife Karen; grandchildren, Sean Trahan, Angel Martin, Destiny Martin, Ally Trahan, A.J. Martin, Chris Dodson, Hunter Dodson, Shawn Michael Clark, Adam Trahan, James Britton and Beau Britton; great-grandchildren, Braxton Trahan and Nevaeh Rogers; other survivors, Fred Preston, Monica Wisniewski, Ginger Riddell and Elizabeth Rudy; numerous other relatives and friends.

Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, April 16, 2018 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas.
