Ted Stuart Shannon, Sr., age 92 of Coldspring, Texas, passed away Tuesday, May 15, 2018.  He was born November 30, 1925 in Center, Texas to parents Stuart and Beatrice Shannon who preceded him in death along with his wife, Allie Ruth Shannon.

Survivors include his daughter, Teresa Doisy; son, Stuart Shannon; 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; friends, Bobby and Rose Leisner and their family; along with other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 18, 2018 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Coldspring, Texas. Services will follow starting at 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 18, 2018 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Coldspring, Texas. Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery, Coldspring, Texas.
