Richard Samuel Owens, age 27 of Chester, Texas, passed away Monday, May 14, 2018.  He was born September 18, 1990 in Humble, Texas to parents Jeri and Billy Owens. He is preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Sam and Dora Stephens; grandfather, Howard Farris; grandmother, Pat Mizell; sister, Samantha Farris; and brother, Stephen Smith.

Survivors include his mother, Jeri Owens; father, Billy Owens; aunt, Tamera Richardson and husband Tim; along with other aunts, uncles, relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m., Saturday, May 19, 2018 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas. Services will follow at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, May 19, 2018 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas.
