Martin Luther “Pick” Furguson, Jr., age 86 of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Tuesday, July 3, 2018.  He was born May 13, 1932 in Madisonville, Texas to parents Annie and Martin Luther Furguson, Sr. who preceded him in death along with his wife, Audria Marie Furguson; daughter, Mary Ann Duckworth; brothers, Clifton Furguson, Joe Furguson and Marvin Jack Furguson; and sisters, Ann Dominy, Viola Johnson, Nell Ewing Weeks and Francis Foy.

Survivors include his daughters, Carolyn Crowel, Shirley Tarver and husband Ray; brother, Sam Furguson; sister, Jeanene Lilley; sister-in-law, Mary Furguson; 10 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, numerous other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., Saturday, July 7, 2018 at Pace Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, July 8, 2018 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas. Interment will follow at Oak Shade Cemetery, Cleveland, Texas.
