Frank Denny “Dennis” Ahre, age 73 of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Friday, December 8, 2017.  He was born February 6, 1944 in Covina, California to parents Robert D. Ahre and Elizabeth Denhalter Ahre.  He is preceded in death by his father, Robert D. Ahre; sister, Mary Lynn Ahre; and son, Dennis Wayne Ahre.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara Ellen Ahre; mother, Elizabeth Denhalter Ahre; daughters, Deanne Elizabeth Ahre, Tina and Ken Davison, Mary Ellen Harris; sons, Richard and Tina Ahre, Dan and Destiny Ahre; sister, Ruth Ann Ahre Martel; brother, Robert Ahre, Jr.; grandchildren, Mike, Richie, Cody, Clinton, Brandy, Trishia, Corey, Cullen, Bobby Jo, Caleb, Devon, Alex, Dillan, Aidan, Josh, Jacob, Tamar and DJ; numerous other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m., Saturday, December 16, 2017 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, December 16, 2017 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas.  Interment will follow at Ryan Cemetery, Cleveland, Texas.
