Vickie Lynn Young, age 61 of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Monday, July 1, 2019.  She was born June 15, 1958 in Arlington, Texas to parents Victor James and Alice Gouge who preceded her in death along with her husband, Roy Young.

Vickie was a very social person who embraced social media.  She loved her family and Wa Wa, her dog.   She also enjoyed pedicures, manicures, flowers, and hummingbirds.  She was a cherished friend to many and will be missed by all who knew her.

Survivors include her son, Royce Wade Young; daughters, Susan LaMae Young Denton and Amanda Renee Young; sisters, Julie Carney and Kristi Allen; brother, Mark James; grandchildren, Kolby Hvamstad, Cody Hvamstad, Isabella Salazar, Sophie Salazar, Madaline Salazar, Chambers Huffman, Layla Huffman and Jemma Young; along with numerous extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., Thursday, July 11, 2019 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas.
